"Client Assets” represents the approximate, aggregate value of assets advised or serviced by (i) Hivemind Capital Partners LLP, (ii) Hivemind Capital Partners UK LLP, and (iii) Blueprint Infrastructure LLC (each, a “Group Entity,” and collectively, the “Group”) as of 12/31/25. The figure is provided for informational purposes only and all components do not represent, and should not be construed as, “regulatory assets under management” of the Group or any Group Entity, as such term is defined in the instructions to Form ADV. Categories of assets that contribute in the figure include the following: (i) gross assets managed on a discretionary basis through private funds, separately managed accounts, and other investment vehicles managed by a Group Entity, whether managed directly or through an authorized affiliate,; (ii) gross assets in respect of which a Group Entity provides advisory services only, without discretionary authority and without responsibility for trade execution; and (iii) assets for which a Group Entity provides staking-as-a-service and digital asset infrastructure services that are technical and operational in nature (and that do not involve the provision of investment advice or asset management), measured by reference to the customer-owned digital assets staked or secured through Group infrastructure. Certain Group-sponsored funds and vehicles may invest in other Group-sponsored products; in such circumstances, the value of such investments may be duplicated in the calculation of Client Assets.
