Allie Johnson is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Hivemind Capital Partners. Allie is responsible for supporting the Managing Partners and the administrative operations of the organization. Prior to joining Hivemind, Allie worked in a variety of industries supporting Founders and C-Suite Executives, in addition to talent management and fostering employee experiences.

Alyssa Curzio is the Accounting Manager at Hivemind Capital Partners, bringing experience across accounting operations, financial reporting, audit management, and FP&A. Her background includes leading full-cycle audits, overseeing GAAP-compliant reporting, and strengthening internal controls to support accurate financial statements and leadership decision-making. Prior to joining Hivemind, Alyssa held accounting and finance roles at Intersection, where she supported accounting operations and FP&A for a large-scale infrastructure and media platform, partnering closely with leadership on financial reporting and planning. Earlier in her career, she worked at Foot Locker, supporting accounting and reporting within a global retail organization and gaining experience in high-volume operating environments. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Long Island University.

Ben Tisdale is Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations at Hivemind, based in New York. He is primarily responsible for building new strategic investor partnerships as well as servicing existing investor relationships. Before joining Hivemind, Ben served as the Head of Business Development at Prelude Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund firm. Prior thereto, Ben worked for Cohen & Steers Capital management, and began his career with State Street Global Advisors. Ben is the author of "Damage Done", an academic text on the U.S. pension market, and earned his B.S. in Economics from Towson University.

Dachao Zhao, the Head of Engineering at Hivemind Digital Group, and is based in Shanghai. He leads the Engineering department, pouring his passion into innovating, designing, and developing institutional-level tech products in the crypto industry. With a decade of experience in the computer industry, Dachao has gained substantial hands-on know-how in product management, Internet architecture, and blockchain. Prior to Hivemind, he was the CTO at TRLab, a creative digital art institution. There, he built and guided teams to accomplish numerous innovative projects, seamlessly blending art institutions and well-known artists with blockchain technology. Previously, Dachao also worked at leading fintech institutions, such as the Fixed Income Department of Morgan Stanley and Ant Financial. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Peking University.

David Lee is the Director of FP&A at Hivemind. He brings over 15 years of experience leading and developing the finance, operations, and investor relations functions for various companies, including an infrastructure transportation private equity fund managed by Fortress Investment Group and other Fortune 500 companies. Earlier in his career, David practiced as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a certified public accountant with Deloitte. David holds a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado

Katie Wollberg is the Director of People for Hivemind Capital Partners. She is responsible for balancing operational excellence with a people-first approach to talent acquisition and management. She ensures the firm's people strategy supports both its ambitious investment goals and its collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. Before joining Hivemind, Katie served as the Head of HR at Republic, an on-chain investment platform, where she played a key role in scaling the company from seed stage to unicorn status. She began her career in talent acquisition at a top technical recruiting firm.

As the Engineering Manager at Blueprint, Matthew Brassey is at the forefront of the company's DevOps efforts, skillfully leveraging infrastructure as code alongside cutting edge blockchain technologies to enable Hivemind's optimized, first-class DeFi platforms. Matthew is a certified blockchain architect who, prior to Blueprint, helped build out and maintain one of the worlds largest Blockchain Wallet Infrastructures servicing over 250 cryptocurrencies at Bittrex. He's identified and reported vulnerabilities in popular wallet software, developed and deployed several mainnet Dapps and integrated cryptocurrency tokens in to exchange platforms. Matthew studied Network Security at the University of Advancing Technology, Full Stack Development at the University of Arizona and maintains over a decade of network operations experience.

Maxime Ournac is Senior Crypto Ops Analyst at Hivemind Capital Partners, based in London, UK. Maxime brings a wealth of experience deeply rooted in the digital assets and hedge fund industry. His tenure as Director of Operations for Sonar Digital at Millennium Global was instrumental in shaping and overseeing the operational framework for the firm's Digital Asset initiative. Maxime played a central role in the establishment of Brevan Digital's OTC trading and was instrumental in constructing the operational and valuation infrastructure for the launch of Maniyar Capital, a macro fund spun off from Tudor Capital. Throughout his career, which spans both buy-side and sell-side roles at institutions like BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse, Maxime has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing operational processes, astute risk management, and unwavering commitment to industry compliance standards. Maxime holds an MSC in Financial Engineering from ISC Paris and holds prestigious accreditations as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Pooja Mohess is the Fund Controller at Hivemind, based in New York City, where she leads the firm’s fund accounting and financial reporting function. Prior to joining Hivemind, she spent nearly four years at Cerberus Capital Management, overseeing full-cycle accounting and reporting for funds focused on distressed debt (NPL/MBS), real estate, corporate credit, and co-investments. During her tenure, she also spearheaded key transformation initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency across the firm’s $65B fund platform. Earlier in her career, Pooja held roles in audit, assurance, and tax at firms including Ernst & Young. She holds an M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of London, as well as a BBA in Corporate Finance and a BA in Economics (Honors) from Queens College, City University of New York. Pooja is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

Ryan Yuan is a Senior Engineer at Hivemind Digital Group, where he focuses on software product development, specializing in server-side engineering. With over 10 years of experience as a software engineer, Ryan has built a strong foundation in designing and implementing backend systems. Prior to Hivemind, he worked at TRLab, a platform dedicated to discovering and collecting digital art. Earlier in his career, Ryan centered his work on server-side development, gaining extensive experience across Web3, Big Data, and AI domains.

Sayuri Ganesarajah is Head of Legal and Compliance at Hivemind Capital Partners, based in London, UK. Prior to Hivemind, she was a co-founder and the General Counsel for a private equity firm based in London, which built a sustainable bitcoin mining fund. Prior to this, she practiced as a Commercial Litigator at Macfarlanes LLP and Clyde & Co LLP, where she also completed a successful secondment at Legal & General Group plc. Her clients have included technology firms; financial institutions; asset management firms; and inter-broker dealers. Sayuri has a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics. Whilst at LSE, Sayuri completed several internships at various investment banks, including Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Following a successful Vacation Scheme at Macfarlanes LLP in her final year at LSE, she completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School on a full scholarship. Sayuri became a UK qualified Solicitor-Advocate in 2013. Sayuri has maintained a strong commitment to the pro bono sector since a young age and has taken on various voluntary positions in this sector, including the role of Non-Executive Director and Trustee for Citizens Advice.

Sulman Bhatti is Senior Counsel at Hivemind Capital Partners, based in New York. Prior to Hivemind, he served as Associate General Counsel at Boothbay Fund Management, a $2+ billion AUM multi-manager hedge fund, where he was responsible for fund structuring, investment management agreements, and advising across all aspects of the business. Before this, Sulman spent over six years at Wafra Inc., a $31+ billion institutional asset manager, where he rose to Director and worked on fund formation, private equity, and alternative investment strategies. He began his legal career in private practice at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, advising leading funds and Fortune 500 companies on transactions, structuring, and regulatory compliance. Sulman holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and award-winning author for the Columbia Business Law Review, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). In addition to his legal career, Sulman serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps, reflecting his ongoing commitment to public service.

Tao Tan is a Senior Engineer at Hivemind Digital Group and is based in Shanghai. Tao primarily focuses on front-end development, using his skills to build intuitive and interactive user interfaces. Additionally, he takes on the task of Solidity contract development, playing a part in creating secure and efficient Ethereum-compatible contracts. Prior to joining Hivemind Digital Group, Tao was an engineer at TRLab.

Yixiang Zhang is a Blockchain DevOps Engineer at Blueprint with expertise across ABCD: AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and DevOps. Yixiang specializes in building and operating scalable, reliable infrastructure for Web3 and digital asset platforms, with hands-on experience in cloud-native systems, blockchain node and validator operations, automation, and observability. At Hivemind, Yixiang focuses on building blockchain infrastructure for customers and DevOps foundations to support internal initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
